WE ONLY DELIVER IN UK.

SHOULD THE ASSIGNED TRANSPORT COMPANY RETURN THE GOODS TO THE SELLER BECAUSE DELIVERY TO THE CLIENT WAS NOT POSSIBLE, THE CLIENT BEARS THE COST OF THE UNSUCCESSFUL DISPATCH.

CYNTHS HOUSE PLANTS IS NOT LIABLE FOR PARCELS LOST THROUGH THE INCORRECT INPUTTING OF ADDRESS DETAILS, OR FOR PARCELS STOLEN FROM DESIGNATED SAFE SPACES.

Returns and Refunds

 

There should be no root disturbance or any cutting of the plant for a minimum of 10 days after receipt. Failure to adhere to this process will render our guarantee null and void.

If you are unhappy with your order we kindly ask that you contact us at  contact@cynthsplants.co.uk and provide images of the plant. You will be required to ship the plant in the original substrate pot and packaging back to us for a  refund excluding return shipping in your own cost. Any refund would be for the cost of the plant only, and we would not cover any postage costs.

We do not accept returns of plants in inadequate packaging such as envelopes or boxes that are too small for the plant.

We kindly ask that you do not ship plants to us in a manner that you would not like us to ship them to you.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of care before authorising a refund/return. We do not compensate damage that is considered reasonable transit stress, for example:

  • Minor folds in leaves

  • Alocasias often loose they leafs during transit stress, this does not mean, the plant is death. I`m happy to help and give you a concept how to bounce it back.

  • A proportionally small loss in foliage compared to the size of plant

  • I will not except pictures sent to me days/weeks after you came back to me saying the plant is damaged or rotten. I have to ask you to attach a clear picture or video with your first and original email/massage sent to me first time. If you miss this, I will reserve the right to ignore your query and close the case.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, at any time.

                                                                                    Cancellations

Any cancellations need to be made as soon as possible via email or telephone call, once the order has been dispatched then we cannot issue any refund.

                                                                       Shipping Policy

  • All following orders placed before 10 am will be shipped the Next day, Monday-Thursday. 

  • While it`s cold outside, we will only ship with next day delivery
